ROLE DESCRIPTION:
State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer for the Steve Hare Agency, who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Agent Aspirant you will enjoy unlimited earning potential based upon sales, while learning the business first hand. This program will give you a head start over other candidates pursuing an Agency career. As an Agent you will enjoy both the professional and personal perks of being a small business owner, with the backing of a major corporation.  Through our comprehensive training program, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
  •  Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Must have or be able to quickly obtain Insurance Producer's licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health from State of New Hampshire. Will be reimbursed during the course of employment.
  • Self-confidence, perseverance, the ability to remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct needs based marketing interviews with potential and existing clients

Compensation: $32,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
