ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account / Office Manager for Brigit Smallridge - State Farm Agent, you will serve as the backbone of our agency’s daily operations. This role functions as a general office manager, with responsibilities that include overseeing administrative processes, managing financial records through QuickBooks, and supporting both the agent and team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

This role functions as a general office manager, with responsibilities that include overseeing administrative processes, managing financial records through QuickBooks, and supporting both the agent and team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with prior management experience who can keep things running behind the scenes while contributing to the overall success of the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive and organized work environment.
- Handle bookkeeping duties, including expense tracking, and reconciliations in QuickBooks.
- Provide administrative support to the agent, including calendar management and internal reporting.
- Supervise support staff and assist with onboarding, training, and workflow coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal issues and help troubleshoot challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior management / leadership experience required.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
