This isn’t your average insurance office. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where excellence is expected and rewarded. We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager who can confidently balance sales, service, and technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Proactively reach out to customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend solutions, and cross-sell additional products.
- Manage and track all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, personalize communication, and streamline workflows.
- Demonstrate exceptional email etiquette and professional communication standards in all interactions.
- Ensure daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain a professional office environment and uphold our agency’s reputation for excellence.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and AI-based tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and articulate.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- A confident, self-motivated professional who enjoys solving problems and achieving results.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
